Artificial Plant - warranty and shipping.
Returns
We request that agreement is sought from us prior to any goods being returned.
Any claims for damaged goods or notifications of order discrepancies must
be made within three working days from when the goods are delivered. Any
refunds for returns will be made within 30 days of the stock being returned.
Guarantees for artificial plants
Due to the nature of the products and in line with other plant suppliers,
we do not offer a guarantee on artificial plants, trees or flowers. Provided
they are received in good condition, there is little that can go wrong
with them. Any cases that may arise will be considered on a case by case
basis.
Shipping of Pots
We realise that some customers enjoy the convenience of buying all the
items they require from one place and as a result we can send out pots.
With each pot we also supply instructions of how to secure the plant,
as well as decorative brown stones to finish off the look.
Because of the weight of the items, it is generally more economical for
you to purchase plant pots from your local garden centre.
